Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all GEM Blends drinks are non-refundable.

For all other merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused or unworn

  • In its original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at  connect@drinkgemblends.com, If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Beverages and other perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
